Snoring Explained

What is snoring?

Snoring sounds breathy. The heavy vibration that occurs whenever an individual is taking a nap is what makes the snoring sound.

Ordinarily, the person sleeps peacefully, and snoring is safe. But if the snorer is waking up intermittently throughout the night due to a shortage of air, accompanied by snoring - can be a sign of more serious health problem.
How does snoring happen?
Snoring can occur from a deviated septum, sleep apnea, or simply by getting too drunk.
In most of the occasions, it occurs any time the uvula drops in the back of the throat - obscuring the passing of air.
That doesn't prevent the lungs from seeking air - so the individual will start to inhale more deeply and push the oxygen through.
That will cause the uvula to vibrate which is that sound the majority are used to.
Traits along the lines of aging, overweight, alcohol will all lead to snoring.
